Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using AisleIQ ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use AisleIQ. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Mountaineer Tech LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

AisleIQ is a Chrome browser extension that displays publicly available product information from Walmart.com to help marketplace sellers with product research. The Extension reads data visible on Walmart.com product pages only when you explicitly activate it.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AisleIQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Extension to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Extension.
• Use the Extension to collect or harvest data at scale in an automated manner.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Extension or its data.
• Circumvent any paywall, subscription check, or access control within the Extension.

4. Third-Party Websites

AisleIQ operates on Walmart.com. Your use of Walmart.com is governed by Walmart's own Terms of Use. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Walmart Inc. AisleIQ only reads publicly visible information that any browser user can see on Walmart product pages.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• AisleIQ offers a Free tier and a Pro tier at $9.99/month.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time. Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at eric@mountaineertech.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Intellectual Property

All code, design, branding, and content of AisleIQ are the property of Mountaineer Tech LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any AisleIQ intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AisleIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data displayed will be accurate at all times. Product data is read directly from Walmart.com and may not always reflect real-time availability or pricing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mountaineer Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of AisleIQ, including but not limited to lost profits or business decisions made based on data displayed by the Extension.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AisleIQ after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
